Love - A Poem By Onuoha Fay Clair

Through thick and thin I have walked
From dusk to dawn I have worked
For you my dear friend, I have toiled
On the dirty surface of the soil

Though the language is complicated
And so many do misunderstand and misread.
Through my experiences and beliefs I've stated
Love must hurt before it can give breath

True love is about expressions and feelings,
As the wise and clever will always understand.
In all my life's works and dealings
Must I love, for united we stand.

The greatest harm can result from the best intention

We have to be careful in all our acts

Never read a man's action till you know his notion

For not all you see or hear is the fact.
